【Job Description】
ㆍContribute directly to the Bank’s sales, profitability and business growth
ㆍOn-site inspection and appraisal of the borrower’s property at the latest market price
ㆍIdentify business development opportunities for clients, including business referrals to management
ㆍContinuously promote and market the bank’s products and services to the market, expand the customer base and the bank’s market position
ㆍContributes to the achievement of business unit goals, i.e. loan or deposit goals
ㆍParticipate in and assist customers in the application of banking products and services
ㆍHandle all customer inquiries and deposit and loan applications and ensure timely completion of business transactions and compliance with the bank’s regulatory policies
ㆍDevelop customer acquisition and cross-selling plans with business units and product partners
ㆍTrack own or team sales performance to ensure that given goals are achieved and prepare individual or team business performance reports to management
ㆍAssist in planning and executing sales and marketing business strategies/action plans
【Job Requirements】
ㆍBachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in banking/financial institution business development and marketing
ㆍBusiness development and marketing strategy planning skills
ㆍExtensive network and customer orientation
ㆍLeadership and people management skills
ㆍBusiness-oriented negotiation skills
ㆍProblem solving and decision-making skills
ㆍAdvanced level English writing and speaking skills
